Application procedures for all Trinity Faith-Based Academy and University programs.
Click the button to download the application form to Microsoft Word and save it on your computer. Fill the form out and email it to tomco@culcum.net as an attachment. Send your transcripts and or CEU's history from the appropriate establishments, and pay the application fee. You may also email a request for services and training programs. An email and phone call with the application process and appropriate documents will follow with instructions as to how to enter the online course or training programs.
